Alan Kerr
Alan has over 20 years of experience providing transport planning advice on projects across the world.
He focuses on urban transport planning , with a particular focus on projects that have complex multi modal interactions.
Recent projects include business cases in Wellington and Queenstown, and mass transit projects in Canada and Australia.
He has also developed a specialism in major event planning and crowd analysis. He has led projects for major global sporting and cultural events including Olympic and Commonwealth Games, world expos and large religious gatherings.

Phil Peet
Phil has over 20 years of delivering large and small infrastructure projects for central and local government.
He has an extensive track record of extensive project development through Programme, Indicative and Detailed phases. His work has included Ōtaki to north of Levin, Let’s Get Wellington Moving, Melling Interchange and Auckland Ferries.
He is also an experienced effects assessor and expert witness.
Phil has a focus on excellent client service. In 2020, he won the Beaton award for Best Built Environment Consultant across Australia and New Zealand.

Vinh Pham
Vinh has over 15 years of experience in transport planning and traffic engineering across projects in New Zealand, the UK, North America, and Southeast Asia.
He specialises in traffic modelling (from strategic to microsimulation to pedestrian), and has extensive experience in Aimsun, developed through various projects in Auckland, Tauranga, and Wellington
He also technical skills in traffic engineering, GIS and data visualisation and economic evaluation.
