Alan Kerr
Alan has over 20 years of experience providing transport planning advice on projects across the world.
He focuses on urban transport planning , with a particular focus on projects that have complex multi modal interactions.
Recent projects include business cases in Wellington and Queenstown, and mass transit projects in Canada and Australia.
He has also developed a specialism in major event planning and crowd analysis. He has led projects for major global sporting and cultural events including Olympic and Commonwealth Games, world expos and large religious gatherings.

Phil Peet
Phil has over 20 years of delivering large and small infrastructure projects for central and local government.
He has an extensive track record of extensive project development through Programme, Indicative and Detailed phases. His work has included Ōtaki to north of Levin, Let’s Get Wellington Moving, Melling Interchange and Auckland Ferries.
He is also an experienced effects assessor and expert witness.
Phil has a focus on excellent client service. In 2020, he won the Beaton award for Best Built Environment Consultant across Australia and New Zealand.

Matt Soper
Matt has almost 20 years of transport planning experience, having led the delivery of projects across New Zealand, Australia, the UK and the Middle East.
He brings a standout track record in successfully delivering business cases that are clear, engaging and enjoyable to read, and that subsequently gain funding for construction. His recent successes include Ashburton's Second Bridge, 15th Avenue to Welcome Bay (Tauranga) and SH30 Te Ngae Road (Rotorua).
Matt also brings technical specialisms in traffic modelling, economics and GIS, and has a well-rounded knowledge of the design process.

Vinh Pham
Vinh has over 15 years of experience in transport planning and traffic engineering across projects in New Zealand, the UK, North America, and Southeast Asia.
He specialises in traffic modelling (from strategic to microsimulation to pedestrian), and has extensive experience in Aimsun, developed through various projects in Auckland, Tauranga, and Wellington
He also technical skills in traffic engineering, GIS and data visualisation and economic evaluation.

Calum Nicholson
Calum has over 27 years of experience delivering transport planning, modelling, operational and business case projects across New Zealand and internationally. He combines deep technical expertise with practical delivery experience to develop robust, evidence-based solutions for complex transport challenges.
A globally recognised major events specialist, Calum has held senior roles across six Olympic Games, two Commonwealth Games and multiple World Cups. He specialises in crowd modelling, event transport planning, city operations, Last Mile delivery, venue integration and stakeholder management, helping clients deliver safe, efficient and seamless event experiences.

Darren Davis
Darren has 33 years of public transport and transport and land use integration experience, having led major projects across New Zealand and Australia.
He is highly experienced in strategic transport and land use policy; has delivered a wide range of transport business cases; led large-scale public transport service design projects as well as leading the transport elements of master planning projects.
Darren is also experienced in bringing transport and land use together, including transit-oriented development projects

Swarnali Dihingia
Swarnali has over four years of experience in transport planning, delivering projects across New Zealand, Japan, Fiji, and India.
She provides evidence-based transport planning advice to support infrastructure and development projects.
Recent projects include Integrated Transport Assessments and Corridor Improvement projects in Auckland and the Lower North Island.
Swarnali specialises in active transport and urban mobility, and brings technical skills in transport analysis, intersection modelling, GIS, and network performance assessment, supported by strong experience in data-driven decision making and technical reporting.
